JadeBay GmbH Development Company is a private limited company established on the basis of a joint venture between the City of Wilhelmshaven and the administrative districts of Friesland, Wesermarsch and Wittmund. Using combined efforts, the shareholders aim to implement jointly-developed strategic approaches and projects which will exploit new growth opportunities, develop existing strengths and eliminate location weaknesses.

To achieve this goal, the new company will focus predominantly on primary tasks which have not been previously tackled and whose national or international calibre would constitute an excessive strain on each individual partner.
