The advisory boards – an alliance for competence and efficiency

The administrative districts constituting the JadeBay Region are themselves made up of a total of 24 municipalities: eight in Friesland, nine in Wesermarsch and six in Wittmund. The City of Wilhelmshaven completes the group.

Thanks to short, non-bureaucratic channels, a smooth, efficient cooperation already exists in day-to-day business between the EDCs in the individual administrative districts and the various local authorities. In addition, all general strategies and matters of common concern are regularly discussed and agreed by a "municipal advisory board" where the mayors of all municipalities are represented. This constant exchange and close consultation with the partner municipalities guarantees that JadeBay GmbH always represents and remains focussed on the interests of all parties. Furthermore, the advisory board is a key instrument in securing and developing the alliance between all partners in the region.

To recognise and be prepared for all challenges and opportunities, it's vital that we always have up-to-date knowledge of all matters concerning daily business, research & development and training. This applies equally to matters of general political and social interest. We've therefore set up a "specialist advisory board" that ensures a constant exchange of knowledge and information between leading representatives from the economic, social and political sectors. Our actions are influenced by the information we receive from these experts, not only on the latest developments in world markets, cutting-edge technologies and advances in the areas of science and research, but also on decisive political and social changes. As a result, our actions here at JadeBay GmbH are always enterprising and progressive.
