Visiting JadeBay: Christian Prill, Partner at Factor Design AG

Christian Prill is a partner at Factor Design AG, where he is responsible for the brand strategy division. He spent the day with Mr Breitzke in the JadeBay region and, as an external guest, attended our PixelPartners network event "Bringing Networks and Individuals Together", where he was able to gain some insight into our aspiring development region.

We asked for his opinion on our region, what impression he has formed as a result of the current economic developments and what ideas and perceptions he is taking away with him from his visit to our region.

Mr Prill, you have visited the JadeBay region – What were you surprised by, what were you impressed by?

The visit to the construction site of the JadeWeserPort made a strong impression on me. You sense that the region is emerging into a new era.

What aspects had the greatest impact on you?

In many places, I was aware of people looking ahead, above all in the large-scale construction measures.

How would you assess the current development perspectives for the JadeBay region? What opportunities do you see in concrete terms and how can the region take advantage of them?

We see great potential for the region in the new deepwater port and innovative technologies, such as on the subject of wind energy. It is now a question of packaging these strengths and conveying them to those who are not as yet aware of them!

How do you envisage the region in ten to fifteen years?
